Grand Seiko SBGW255 Jade Mountain Limited Edition

Grand Seiko have a reputation for creating some of the best dials in the biz, and this Jade Mountain has to be up there with the best-of-the-best. A part of the nature-inspired line of pieces from Grand Seiko, it features a beautifully textured deep-green dial inspired by Jade. Jadeite has a special place in Asia that is steeped in culture and history, with imperial Jade being the most coveted with it's translucent, shimmery colour. To celebrate it's special place within Asian culture, Grand Seiko released this piece in a very limited run of 150 pieces strictly for the Asian market.

In an inspired choice by GS, they paired this magnificent dial with our favourite Grand Seiko 37.3mm case with the manual wind 9S64 movement allowing for beautiful proportions and allowing for regular interaction with this gorgeous piece.

What makes this piece extra-special is that not only does it come with the OEM Croc strap, but also with the Grand Seiko Steel bracelet allowing it to be enjoyed all year round.

This particular example was first purchased in December 2019 and presents in TZ excellent condition. There's a few light scratches around the case and case back from regular wear. Nothing deep. The bottom and rear of the lugs show very light marks from strap changes. Please see images for all details.
