Jaeger LeCoultre AMVOX 1 Alarm Limited Edition Q1908470 – 2007

The AMVOX line was created in partnership with Aston Martin, which is a relationship that harks back to the days of Jaeger making clocks for Aston Martin's as far back as the 1920's. This line was designed to drive creativity and innovation, and the AMVOX 1 was the genesis of this very special line of watches.

The AMVOX 1 was released on the 40th anniversary of the Memovox, and it brings together the stunning aesthetic of the Polaris 68 and merges it together with the dashboard clocks seen on early Aston’s.

It’s styling is far more restrained than later AMVOX pieces, with it’s 42mm steel case and functionality of the sonorous alarm and internal rotating bezel makes for a great travel watch.

This particular example dates from 2007 and present sin TZ good condition. The case shows some light swirling and hairlines, with a few small nicks downgrading it from ‘Near Mint’ to ‘Good’ as per the grading system we utilise.

The service history is unknown. All functions operate as they should. Keeping COSC timing.

A special piece that began one of our favourite lines in modern watchmaking, with practical complications and for very reasonable money. How can you go wrong.
