Cartier Tank Must Blue WSTA0055 - 2021

Cartier has had somewhat of a resurgence of late within the watch collector community, and with very good reason. Not only the originator of the wrist-watch as we know it today, their unfailing dedication to their own aesthetic makes them instantly recognizable, and are deserving of the respect and reverence they command.

Along with the Santos line, the Cartier Tank line is perhaps their most well known, with this iconic line having endured for over 100 years. The design of the Tank was inspired by the Renault FT-17 tanks, hence its rectangular form.

The version we have here was a single-run edition launched in early 2021, and marks the re-release of the Must line from Cartier. Launching in three spectacular lacquered dial colours, Burgundy, Green and Blue, they have a pared back minimalist aesthetic and look absolutely spectacular on the wrist.. It features a stainless steel case measuring in at 25.5mm x 33.7mm, Quartz movement, and is finished off with steel sword hands. Mounted on an elegant matching alligator strap and pin buckle, it’s classic Cartier.

This particular piece was first purchased from Cartier in September 2021 and is brand new and unworn.

Comes with outer box, inner box, Cartier Care manual, instruction manual, warranty card (undated, but was sold through the Cartier Online Boutique so is active)  and Watch Vault cleaning cloth.
