Omega De Ville Prestige Jump Hour Salmon Dial 4553.61.00 – 1998

One of the coolest Omega’s ever produced in our opinion, the De Ville Prestige Jump Hour is a very special piece and super rare with a production run of only 1 year.

Featuring a 31.2mm x 35.6mm steel tonneau shaped case, it houses a spectacular salmon pink dial with applied indices, multiple finishes and a brilliantly executed jump hour below the Omega applied logo. This window shows a level of detail and thoughtfulness missing from the majority of watches at this, or any, price level, and its this integration of design details along with a unique complication never seen before or since by Omega that marks this out as something truly special.

This particular example dates back to the 1 year production run in 1998 and presents in excellent vintage condition. The highly polished case and bracelet shows some signs of regular use in the form of light scratches and swirl marks, and a few light dings/nicks. There's also some light marks on the AR coating. Service history is unknown. Keeping COSC time at very strong amplitude.
