Rolex Submariner 16610 - 1999

The Submariner is Rolex’s most iconic line, and the 16610 is perhaps the most useable, wearable and best value of the modern era. Combining the workhorse 3135 movement, classic 5-digit proportions and sapphire crystal it makes for a great daily wearer and is the watch that likely springs to mind when someone mentions the word ‘Rolex’.

This particular example is an A-serial and dates from circa-1999 . Case is thick, and the lugs are even. Case shows some signs of regular wear, most notable being a decent scratch along the lower right portion of the case, and a dent on the underside of the same lug. The rest of the case shows light scratching, and the case back has marks from being worn on a nato for the last few years. Bezel shows some marks. Please see images for full condition details.

Bracelet is a Rolex 93150 with 9 links, and 501B endlinks. Date code is X10, so correct for the year of manufacture of the watch. Shows desk diving marks, and some dents around the clasp, with medium stretch.

Was serviced by the previous retailer in 2017, and is running at COSC timing.
