Seiko SARB035 Uncle Seiko ‘SARB037 Mod’

A very cool and unique piece, this SARB035 has been modified by Uncle Seiko to replicate the highly desirable and ultra-rare and now quite valuable SARB037. Based on a pre-owned SARB035, Uncle Seiko had a small run of his own homage SARB037 Salmon dials made up which he then replaced the standard white dial with. These dials were not made by Seiko, and the tell-tale is that it says “Uncle Seiko” on the dial where the Seiko movement printing would usually be.

This particular piece was purchased by the owner direct from Uncle Seiko in late 2021 and presents in TZ Good condition. There's light marks and swirlies around the case and buckle consistent with regular wear, as well as some nicks along the bevels and lugs, and small pint dents elsewhere on the case. Rear of the lugs show some strap change marks, and there's some dust or a small mark on the 11 marker. Please see images for full details.
