Absolutely one of the finest throwback pieces that Tag have ever produced, and one of the nicest pieces they’ve made in the last decade or two in our opinion. Built to commemorate 160 years of Tag Heuer, it is a homage to the reference 2447S of the sixties and absolutely nails the combination of a vintage aesthetic with modern technology and wearability. This particular version is the Green LE of 500 pieces.

The stainless case is 39mm, though wears more like a 40mm with the thin bezel. The dial is a beautiful shade of teal green, with ecru lume plots and hands providing a stunning contrast. ‘TAG’ is not seen on the dial, with classic Heuer branding adding a lovely vintage touch. It’s powered by the in-house Heuer 02 column-wheel movement, and is mounted to a ‘gator strap with Heuer’s excellent steel deployant.

This particular watch was purchased in May 2021 and presents in excellent condition. The case shows only light hairlines, and some strap change marks on the rear of the lugs. Please see images for full condition details.
