Tudor Submariner Snowflake 94010

Perhaps one of the finest Tudor Subs of them all, the 94010, also known as the 9401/0 for earlier years, combines everything we love about vintage Tudors into one package. The 39mm Oyster case houses a meters-first matte blue dial with tritium markers, no date, and the iconic snowflake hands, topped with a blue bezel and tritium pip, all aged to perfection.

This particular example dates to around 1980/1981 and presents in excellent vintage condition. Case is extremely thick and sharp, and features sharp chamfers and even lugs. Numbers between the lugs are clear, and has a 5 digit serial.

Dial has a beautiful patina with speckling present as is typical on 9401's. These dials are often replaced with service dials, so great to see an original dial with such a cool patina. Tritium plots are full, with a gorgeous and even patina. Both hands and dial are tritium originals, with the hands aging to a slightly lighter colour than the plots. Bezel is original, and in excellent condition. Does not currently rotate.

Comes equipped to a brand new ColaReb Italian handmade strap.

Unknown service history, though was regulated in the last year or two and is keeping phenomenal time, within a couple of seconds per day at very high amplitude.

This is an amazing example of the highly desirable and collectible Blue Snowflake. You won't find many better than this.
