Unimatic U1-PAN

For those unfamiliar with Unimatic, they are an Italian-based micro brand making some of the best value and coolest dive watches in the market for under 3k. Great build quality, understated styling, and very clean design-language have made Unimatic a hit with both new and seasoned watch collectors and their releases usually sell out very quickly indeed.

The U1-PAN is a tribute to the Paracadutisti, the Italian army’s infantry corps paratroopers. The case is fashioned in steel and then DLC-coated, measures in at 40mm and features 300m of water resistance. It houses a matte black dial with the paratroopers logo above 6, large Super-Luminova indexes and hands, all protected by a double-domed sapphire crystal. Surrounding it is an orienteering bezel, allowing it to be used as a compass. Power is provided by the Seiko NH35 automatic movement.

A limited series of 150 units, this particular example would date to early 2022 and presents in TZ Mint condition, with no signs of wear on the case, bezel or crystal. Please see images for full condition details.
