Unimatic x Massena LAB ​U1-MLB

For those unfamiliar with Unimatic, they are an Italian-based micro brand making some of the best value and coolest dive watches in the market for under 3k. Great build quality, understated styling,0 and very clean design-language have made Unimatic a hit with both new and seasoned watch collectors and their releases usually sell out very quickly indeed.

Unimatic’s third collaboration with Massena LAB, the U1-MLBN is Massena’s take on the Modello U1. Inspired by the aesthetic of historical dive watches from the 70’s, the U1-MLBN features a 41.5mm DLC-coated steel case with 300m of water resistance, and sterile bezel giving it its unique aesthetic. It houses a matte-black dial with Super-Luminova indexes and an orange minute hand, all protected by a double-domed sapphire crystal. Power is provided by the Seiko NH35 automatic movement.

This particular piece was delivered in 2021 and presents in TZ Good condition. The outside of the bezel shows marks which has removed some of the DLC, but the rest of the case is mostly free of any signs of wear. Please see images for full condition details.
