A. Lange and Sohne Lange 1 White Gold 101.039

Introduced in 2009, the 101.039 is a stunning execution of the iconic Lange 1.

Featuring a 38.5mm white gold case housing a brilliant silver argenté dial, it is powered by the Lange Caliber L901.0 hand-winding mechanical movement with twin barrels and a 72 hour power reserve. What makes this reference of Lange 1 so interesting is that it features luminous hands, adding a little sport and added practicality to an already very special watch.

This particular example dates to 2010 and presents in TZ Good condition. The bezel shows light hairlines, and some small scrapes/nicks near 5. The brushed sides of the case are largely free of marks, with only a small vertical line near the bottom right lug. There are also slight hairlines under 'feet' of the lugs, and a small ding on the lower left lug. Please see images for full details.

Serviced by Lange in August 2021, it represents an amazing opportunity to get into a very special iteration of Lange’s most iconic piece, safe in the knowledge that it should be free from maintenance for years to come.
