Nomos Glashutte Orion 331 35mm

We’re huge fans of Nomos here at Watch Vault, and they’re our go-to dress watch under 5k. Everything they make exudes a level of class that never fails to impress, and if you dig their design language then not much comes close for the money.

The Orion is perhaps their most classic looking dress watch, and this particular reference is the 331. Featuring a 35mm case in steel, it measures in at a scant 7.4mm thick. Housed within it is a galvanized silver dial with sub-seconds at 6, rhodium markers and hands, and it is powered by the in-house manual wind Alpha manual-wind movement. To finish it off, it's mounted to a lovely Nomos Horween leather strap on Nomos signed pin buckle. Nomos tend to wear a little larger than their indicated size due to the long lugs, so we believe it wears closer to 36.5mm on the wrist.

This particular piece was sold new in September 2019 and presents in TZ Good condition. Has been worn, and the case shows marks consistent with regular use. The bevel lines show some dings, and there's numerous scratches on the case back, particularly around the indent used to remove the case back. These have a snap-on case back, so a case back knife is used to pop them open, which leaves marks. See images for full condition details.
