Rolex GMT-Master II Pepsi 16710 A-Serial 'Swiss Only'

These Rolex GMT's needs very little introduction. The 16710 was the last of the pre-ceramic GMT's, and strikes a perfect balance between classical proportions and modern reliability.

This particular example dates from 2002 and presents in excellent vintage condition. Case is extremely thick, with sharp edges and very even lugs after a refinish by Rolex in 2014. Case shows some scratching and marks consistent with regular use.

Original 'Swiss only' gloss dial is in perfect condition. These dials were produced for one year in 1999 in transition from the earlier tritium dials to the newer Luminova and Super Luminova dials, making them one of the rarer variants of Master-II and highly collectible.

This was originally a Coke from factory, and the entire bezel was swapped for a factory Pepsi Bezel, so not just the insert. This Pepsi bezel is in lovely condition, with no marks of note. Also includes the original Coke bezel which shows fade on the red portion, and is in excellent condition. Crystal has a chip in it at the outer edge at 3. See images for full condition details.

Bracelet is a 78790A with hollow 501B endlinks. The bracelet had one of the permanent links removed by Rolex during service at the customers request, and now includes 9 links.

Last serviced by RSC in 2014. Keeping COSC time, and all operations functioning as they should.
