IWC Big Pilot Saint Exupery Edition IW500422

One of the coolest Big Pilot's ever made, the IW500422 Saint Exupery edition is simply spectacular in person. Released as a special edition in the late 00's, the Saint Exupery edition features a stunning tobacco brown dial, unique hands, and a special engraving on the case back. The brown dial looks amazing in direct sunlight! Released in a limited run of 1149 pieces, they were all sold out quickly and are now extremely desirable on the pre-owned market.

This particular piece was sold locally in 2010 and presents in excellent condition. Has some light scuffs and marks on the case from careful wear. No dings or dents. There's a very small mark on the seconds hand, and is likely from a watchmaker gripping the hand with a tool at some point. It's very minor, and just looks like a reflection, but it's listed for full disclosure. The previous owners never notice it.

The strap shows some damage near the holes, but there is another near-new, slightly shorter genuine IWC strap also included.

No known service history, but running well, winding smoothly, and keeping it's full power reserve.
