Up for grabs is a beautiful and exceedingly rare Urwerk UR-105TA.
The UR-105 revisits URWERK's iconic satellite indication, which has been an emblematic and instantly recognizable signature element of the brand for 18 years. It is a wandering hour indication based on a carousel which carries the four satellites, each bearing three numerals for the hours. The hours successively sweep past the minutes scale for an analogue and digital display of the time.
This particular model is constructed of Rose Gold and Titanium, and features Urwerk’s updated “Turbine Automatic” movement, which utilises two turbines to regulate air across the rotor for optimum winding. Cool stuff.
Near-mint condition, with only the lightest hints of wear on the case, strap and buckle.
All functions working as they should.
