Bell & Ross BR V1-92 Blue Steel 38.5mm Automatic

Released in 2017, the BR V1-92 is Bell & Ross getting back to its roots of creating simple tool watches with legibility, toughness and ease of wear highest on the priority list.

Drawing inspiration from classic Pilots watches, the case measures in at 38.5mm in steel with 100m of water resistance. Atop this case sits a domed sapphire crystal, which covers a stunning blue sunray dial with white lumed markers and hands, white printed minute markers and chapter ring and discreet date at 4:30. Powering it is the Cal. 302, which is based on the Sellita SW300 for reliability and ease of maintenance.

This particular piece was purchased locally in October 2022 and presents in TZ 'Good' condition. Has been worn (to Everest, actually), and thus shows some light scratches and scuffs consistent with regular use. There's a few small dings on the left side of the bezel, and another on the upper right lug. Rear of the lugs show strap change marks. The reason for the 'Good' rather than excellent grading is because there's a slight bend to the upper left hand lug, which has had a knock on the outside of it and has bent it slightly. Doesn't affect it in any way, and we didn't notice it until removing the strap where it's a little more visible, but its there so we like to ensure we declare it. It comes mounted on the OEM smooth leather strap with tang buckle, and is in excellent condition.

No service history, far too new for that. Keeping time at around +12 secs a day at 290+ degrees of amplitude. All functions operating as they should, and remains under manufacturers warranty until March 2024.
