Massena LAB Geometer

The Massena LAB Geometer is a reincarnation of a little-known vintage piece from a company called Rodania, and if you've never heard of Rodania but the design looks familiar, it's because the original Rodania Geometer was the precursor to the Speedmaster having been released in 1954. Little is known about the origins of the Rodania Geometer, and examples are extremely rare to come by.

While Rodania still exists, it does not produce anything similar in nature to the Geometer, so William Massena took it upon himself to recreate this mysterious vintage piece, but with some modern touches. Featuring a 39mm case in steel, it houses a tropical brown dial with three sunken sub-registers with are radially grooved. The broad hands are lume-filled, and the markers are lumed in a lovely shade of eggshell.

It is powered by Sellita SW 510 M manual wind chronograph movement and covered by a scratch-resistant domed acrylic with stylised 'M' in its centre as a nod to the original.

This particular example remains new and unworn.
