Stowa Marine Original LE - 2009

Here we have another very cool piece from Stowa, the Marine Original Limited Edition.

Released in 2009 with a run of 120 units, it features a 41mm brushed steel case, handwound Unitas 6498 movement, deep black dial with Arabic numerals and grained sub-seconds, double domed sapphire crystal and is mounted on a hand-stitched calf leather strap on double-deployant clasp.

This particular example was sold in 2009, and presents in TZ Good condition. Case shows scuffs and scratches from regular wear, as well as marks from strap changes on the lugs and some small nicks around the case. No major dings or dents. Please see images for full condition details.

Unknown service history. Winds very crisply, and is currently running at +15 seconds per day at a very strong 342 degrees of amplitude.

Comes with inner box, warranty card from 2009, spare olive nato strap and Stowa pouch. No inner cushion.

Very cool Marine style piece with a simple, robust movement that’s lovely to look at. Amazing value for money.
