Tag Heuer Carrera 01 Aston Martin CAR2A1AB.FT6163 45mm - 2019

Watch and car collaborations aren't always super successful, but for some reason whenever Aston Martin teams up with a watch maker they seem to deliver in one way or another.

This particular collaboration was with Tag Heuer, and is based on the ever-popular 01 line of Carreras. Featuring a 45mm steel case with ceramic bezel, housing a honeycomb dial with applied markers that also features a discreet date window between 3 and 4. It's powered by the in-house Heuer 01 movement, and mounted to a lovely leather and rubber strap with deployant buckle.

The great success of this watch is that the co-branding is discreet enough to go unnoticed to the casual observer, but subtly present to those fans of the marque.

This particular piece was purchased in October 2019 and presents in TZ near mint condition, with only the lightest hints of use on the case. The buckle has a scuff, and some creasing to the strap. Please see images for full condition details.
