Vacheron Constantin Overseas 4500V/110A-B483 Black Dial

The third generation of Overseas was introduced in 2016, and took quite a few steps on in terms of quality, wearability and technical prowess compared with its predecessor. Perhaps most significantly, it introduced the Calibre 5100 self-winding movement to the range, replacing the JLC-sourced movement in the 2nd Gen. To add to its versatility, it also gained a fantastic quick-change strap system and came equipped with three options; a classic steel bracelet with double micro-adjust in the clasp, a 'gator for dressing it up, and a rubber for dressing it down. If you are after a watch from one of the top watchmakers in the world that can be used as a daily piece, at the beach, or with a suit, we can't think of a watch that covers those bases better than the 4500V from Vacheron.

The 4500V was updated in 2018 to include the option of a black dial, which is the version we have here. This beautiful and versatile dial is housed within a 41mm steel case measuring in at just 11mm thick, and powering it is the 5100 in-house movement with superb finishing and stunning 22k gold rotor.

This particular example was first sold locally in November 2020 and presents in TZ Good condition. The case and bezel show some scratches and swirlies, and the bracelet shows some light desk diving marks toward the 12'oclock side and on the clasp. The grading is considered 'Good' rather than 'Excellent' on our scale due to the presence of a small ding on the lower left front side of the case were the two two brushed surfaces meet the polished bevel.
